The Whiz Kidz Story

Welcome to Whiz Kidz Preschool, when you join us, you’re joining a community, a school family. We are so much more than just childcare. We strive to create a safe place for children to grow and thrive; as well as offer parents the convenience of all-inclusive care and foster a place for parents to meet and create a support system to navigate parenting together.

What sets Whiz Kidz apart is that our researched based and play-enriched curriculum and environments are intentionally planned so that children are scaffolded into new learning opportunities. Our program considers the whole child, not just the mind. We do that by reciting our daily positive affirmations, gratitude prayer before meals, conscious discipline principles, social-emotional awareness, as well as including learning experiences, not just structured activities.

Our weekly enrichment classes include Gardening, Music, PE, Cooking, Yoga and Art/Tinkering which offer ample opportunities for children to explore their own expression and creativity.

Martha & Family

We are a family-owned and operated preschool founded by Ms. Martha, a mom and certified teacher. We are families serving families. Wanting to create a place for our founder’s children to thrive and others as well, Ms. Martha’s focus has always been ensuring our program and staff have a standard of quality and love a family environment offers. When she started her in-home preschool in 2007, she had big dreams to serve many children and families. Now operating a multi-site preschool operation with hundreds of children, she continues to find ways to grow and offer our program to more families and fill a need for quality early childhood education in our communities across the valley.

Quality First

Whiz Kidz Preschools participate in Arizona’s Quality First Program. We continue to improve our services to kids and families and work closely with specialists and professionals to reach very high benchmarks for our staff and management.

Empower Plus

We are committed to motivating our children to eat right, stay physically fit, and being happy. As part of this commitment, our staff members receive ongoing training, support, and resources as part of our participation in Empower Plus. Our commitment also involves promoting family style dining, limiting sugar and high calorie foods, and offering fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
